Returns
If you need to make a return, call Jason at 1-866-688-8667. Any returned item is eligible for the price of the parts to be refunded, but there are no refunds on the shipping charge. This means the $11 shipping charge is not refundable under any circumstances. Freight on returned items must be prepaid by the customer and will be reimbursed for warranty claims or defective merchandise. Obsolete items cannot be returned at any time. Items not in salable condition, in the original Stens package (where applicable) will be charged an additional 25% repackaging fee.
Warranty
Stens Corporation guarantees that any goods supplied by us shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for ONE FULL YEAR from the date of purchase by the consumer. Most OEM's offer only a three month warranty. Stens stands behinds its parts for four times as long!
We guarantee your satisfaction with the quality of our parts. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our parts, call our customer service department, and we will replace the part or refund your money.
Shortages and Shipping Damages (top)
All claims must be made within 30 days of the invoice. In the case of damaged shipments, indicate "damaged" when signing for the package and call us immediately for further instructions. Keep the original carton and damaged merchandise for possible inspection.
