Free Shipping
Free Shipping is a service offered on some but not all of the products sold on the Mutton Power online store Free Shipping only applies on items sold to lower 48 states. Items with free shipping will be noted within that items "promotional box" [See Image].

Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is based on items weight and zip code it is being delivered to. Standard shipping can be selected on parcel items or freight items where lift gate fee will be applied.

Lift Gate Assistance 
Lift gate assistance is a $50 fee incurred on all items during checkout. This service is highly recommended on residential freight shipments weighing over 120lbs. This fee may be deselected on items weighing less than 120lbs being shipped by parcel service.
  
Local Pick-Up
Offered to in state and out of state customers to reserve product using online store. When choosing local pick-up sales tax will apply to both in state and out of state customers.

Terminal Pick-Up 
This is a service provided by freight companies to help make cross country shipments more affordable. It is up to the customer to locate trucking terminals that are accessible to them and Mutton Power can arrange the shipment with that carrier. Contact us for more information on terminal pick-up.
 
*Please allow for 1-2 days for orders to process and 2-5 days for delivery. Non-stocking products will take longer.

Receiving

It is up to the customer to know if their address can accept freight shipments by semi truck. If you cannot accept shipment by semi truck other arrangements need to be made, such as terminal pick-up.
 
Know when to expect
When an item ships from Mutton Power Equipment you will be notified with a tracking number through email. You should keep an eye on this tracking so you know when to expect delivery. Most companies call with delivery date and time frame.
 
Inspect Product
When receiving an item shipped via freight it is very important to inspect product for damage before signing delivery receipt. This ensures that the damages will be covered by the freight company. If product is damaged do not accept item and call us immediately. Inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery and contact us if anything is broken or missing. After 15 days of receiving the product we reserve the right to not fulfill claims of missing parts or pieces. After 30 days of receiving product, we reserve the right to not accept a return of the product for any reason.
 
Suspected Damage
If a box is damaged it does not mean the product is damaged. If you suspect damage but cannot be certain note, "possible product damage" on the delivery receipt and have driver initial as witness. This will help with a smoother claim process for compensation from the freight company.
 
If a product is damaged and one of these two actions have not been taken it is the customer's sole responsibility to file a claim with the freight company.
