John Deere 100 Series Tractors are recommended for homeowners wanting an easy-to-buy, easy-to-maintain, intuitive-to-use lawn tractor. The S120 Tractor, with its hydrostatic transmission, powerful V-twin overhead-valve engine, and comfortable, high-back seat is a great value.

The one-piece hood opens easily to permit checking and servicing the engine, with important service points located within easy reach. The 20-hp V-twin engine has plenty of power and torque to handle tough mulching, mowing, and bagging conditions. V-twin cylinder design for greater torque, lower vibration, and improved sound quality. The electronic ignition starts fast. A spring-return feature ensures the operator will not leave throttle in choke position, cylinders are cast-iron for a longer life, and there are overhead values for excellent power and fuel economy.

The 42-in. (107-cm) Edge™ Mower Deck is ready to side discharge, bag, or mulch. A wide range of equipment is available for handling snow and doing a variety of lawn care chores.
