Return Policy

If you have an item that needs to be returned please contact your sales representative or the ecommerce department by phone for instructions. Returns will be refunded in the form they were purchased within 5-7 business days after item is received.
 
Unopened and Unused Items
Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of receiving item. If item was purchased locally it may be returned for full refund, if item was delivered cost of pick-up and delivery will not be covered. If item was shipped, the actual costs of outbound and inbound shipping will not be covered, even if item was "free shipping". We can help offer discounted rates on returned items but not packaging.
 
Opened and Unused Items
Items that have been opened and not used may be returned within 30 days of receiving item, if in resalable condition. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee for inspection, cleaning and repackaging. Items that have been shipped will not have inbound or outbound shipping costs refunded, even if item was "free shipping". We can help offer discounted rates on returned items but customer is responsible for packaging.

Used Items
Local customers may return used products within 10 days after purchase if in "like new" condition. Subject to a 25% restocking fee for inspection, cleaning and used product resale. For ecommerce customers, due to federal regulation, items that have gas and oil cannot be shipped until all fluids have been drained. These items must be in "like new" condition and are subject to a 25% restocking fee for inspection, cleaning and used product resale. Actual costs of outbound and inbound shipping will not be covered in refund, even if item was "free shipping".

Defective Product
Mutton Power Equipment cannot accept returns on "defective" products. These items must be taken to a local service center to be fixed under warranty. At Mutton's warranty items are fixed within 3 days, unless parts must be ordered.
 
Damaged Product
Mutton Power Equipment will not accept returns on damaged equipment unless the correct procedures have been taken. Please review procedures for receiving equipment to ensure you are not liable for damaged goods.
 
Cancelled Orders
No charges or loss will be applied as long as orders are cancelled before items ship. If items has shipped standard return policies apply
